Dans le cadre de son expansion, le groupe Sunda International recrute un Responsable des Achats et d’Approvisionnement pour l'une de ses filiales au Cameroun.
Localisation du poste : Douala

Définir la stratégie achat en collaboration avec la direction générale, dans le cadre d'un budget défini.
Optimiser les coûts et assurer la qualité des approvisionnements pour garantir la performance de l'organisation.
Évaluer et sélectionner les fournisseurs en fonction de leur capacité à répondre aux besoins qualitatifs et quantitatifs.
Gérer et optimiser les stocks tout en contrôlant les coûts.
Analyser le marché, anticiper les besoins de l’entreprise et négocier les contrats avec les fournisseurs.
Mettre en place des reportings et indicateurs de performance.
Collaborer étroitement avec les départements internes pour comprendre leurs besoins en matière d'achats.
Animer et coordonner les activités d’une équipe.

Formation : Bac +5 minimum en supply chain, achats et approvisionnements.
Expérience professionnelle : Au moins 8 ans dans un poste similaire.
Excellente connaissance de l’ensemble du process achats et des procédures d’appels d’offres.
Esprit d’analyse.
Bonne connaissance des outils numériques (e-procurement, e-sourcing, outsourcing).
