Formation / Diplômes

Drive HR transformation, culture development, and employee engagement strategies

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field (postgraduate advantageous) Minimum 6+ years’ HR experience, with exposure at senior or HR management level Strong experience in HR business partnering or HR leadership roles Solid knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR compliance frameworks Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organisational change
