ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is focused on identifying, qualifying, nurturing, and converting the right commercial opportunities across our cross-border growth, influencer marketing, and platform propositions. You will work closely with the Managing Director to build high-quality pipeline, open doors to senior decision-makers, and help shape how we position our services across different client needs. This is a commercially led role for someone who is confident in outbound business development, relationship building, and opportunity qualification. You should be comfortable operating in a founder-led environment, spotting where the real opportunity is, and knowing when to position a 360 managed service, a platform-led solution, or a hybrid approach. While this role may support selected strategic accounts during transition, the priority is business development and revenue growth, not day-to-day campaign servicing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. New Business Development Build and grow a qualified pipeline of brand and partnership opportunities Identify, qualify, and prioritise prospects based on commercial fit, budget, urgency, market readiness, and service suitability Proactively open doors to decision-makers across target sectors and markets Lead outreach, relationship-building, meetings, and follow-up to move leads through the pipeline Represent the business confidently at meetings, events, networking sessions, and partner conversations Build and maintain a clear target list of priority prospects across the company’s service segments

Translate client needs into strong commercial proposals, pitch presentations, and opportunity strategies Support cross-sell and upsell opportunities across both businesses where relevant 3) Strategic Account Transition & Account Ownership Support the handover of newly won business into the delivery team Maintain selected strategic client relationships where commercial continuity is important Help ensure client expectations and budget are clearly aligned at the point of sale Work with internal teams to keep the commercial promise realistic, well-scoped, and deliverable

Expérience

Proven experience in business development, commercial partnerships, or senior client growth within marketing, media, influencer marketing, or cross-border business environments Strong track record of building qualified pipeline and converting opportunities into revenue Strong commercial instinct and ability to judge which opportunities are worth pursuing Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and nurturing medium-to-long sales cycles Good understanding of brand marketing, influencer marketing, and cross-border growth challenges Confidence in outbound business development and representing the business externally

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Strong understanding of Europe and Asia cultural and business dynamics Fluent English is essential Additional language skills, including Chinese, are a plus but not required Ideal Profile Well-networked and commercially proactive Confident opening conversations and building trust with prospects Able to balance strategic thinking with action and follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-moving founder-led environment Motivated by commercial performance and growth Sharp enough to distinguish between high-value opportunities and distractions Interested in helping shape a business, not just manage a process Success in This Role Will Be Measured By Qualified pipeline generated Number and quality of senior brand or partner conversations opened Conversion of qualified opportunities into revenue Commercial quality of opportunities pursued Contribution to both service revenue and platform ARR growth Strength of prospect mapping and targeting across the three service segments Free.
