Job Role
Formation / Diplômes
- Organize and maintain record-keeping systems for correspondence, documents, materials, or records; sets up files as per established methods; records or logs incoming and outgoing information.
- Respond to requests for administrative support and assistance to the office of the CENO applying the relevant judgment.
- Coordinate internal and external correspondence and undertake ad-hoc project related duties for CENO.
- Maintain CENO's schedule/calendar as instructed and schedule appointments.
- Track IOU and Petty cash issued monthly.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in delivering value adding divisional/ organizational employee engagements.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the execution of Enterprise Business Projects.
- Ensure smooth running of the office environment related to CENO needs.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports required by the CENO or stakeholders
Expérience
Qualification Required & Experience
Education
- Minimum of University Degree in Social Science, Psychology, Management or a related field of study
- SCRUM or Agile Certificate is an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a PA to a C-Suite role
