Formation / Diplômes

  • Organize and maintain record-keeping systems for correspondence, documents, materials, or records; sets up files as per established methods; records or logs incoming and outgoing information.
  • Respond to requests for administrative support and assistance to the office of the CENO applying the relevant judgment.
  • Coordinate internal and external correspondence and undertake ad-hoc project related duties for CENO.
  • Maintain CENO's schedule/calendar as instructed and schedule appointments.
  • Track IOU and Petty cash issued monthly.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in delivering value adding divisional/ organizational employee engagements.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the execution of Enterprise Business Projects.
  • Ensure smooth running of the office environment related to CENO needs.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports required by the CENO or stakeholders

Expérience

Qualification Required & Experience Education

  • Minimum of University Degree in Social Science, Psychology, Management or a related field of study
  • SCRUM or Agile Certificate is an added advantage Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a PA to a C-Suite role Competencies Professional/Technical Competencies:

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Advanced Communication & Correspondence Management
  • Knowledge of Meeting & Event Coordination Tools
  • Data & Information Management
