Prepare and issue job orders, field instructions, and operational documents. Track ongoing jobs and ensure timely completion and reporting. Communicate operational updates between field staff, clients, and laboratory teams. Review and organize inspection reports and supporting documents. Assist in resolving operational issues and job-related queries. Maintain accurate records of all assigned jobs and activities. Ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements. Requirements Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or related field. Previous experience in operations coordination (oil & gas or inspection industry preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. Working Conditions Office-based role with coordination with field teams. May require extended hours depending on operational demands.
