Description de l'offre Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses activités, un cabinet spécialisé en fiscalité, droit des affaires recherche un(e) Juriste d’Affaires.

Sous l’autorité de la Direction, le/la Juriste d’Affaires aura notamment pour missions de :

• Assurer le conseil juridique et fiscal auprès des clients du cabinet ;

• Rédiger, analyser et négocier divers contrats commerciaux et administratifs ;

• Réaliser des études et consultations juridiques en droit des affaires et en fiscalité ;

• Assurer le suivi des formalités de création, modification, transformation et dissolution des sociétés ;

• Accompagner les clients dans leurs démarches auprès des administrations et institutions publiques ;

• Participer à la rédaction d’actes juridiques (statuts, procès-verbaux, conventions, protocoles d’accord, contrats, etc.) ;

• Effectuer une veille juridique, fiscale et réglementaire permanente ;

• Contribuer à la préparation et à l’exécution des missions d’audit juridique et fiscal ;

• Participer à l’élaboration d’offres techniques, de rapports et d’études juridiques.

• Être titulaire d’un Master (Bac+5) en Droit des Affaires, Fiscalité, Droit Privé ou tout diplôme équivalent ;

• Justifier d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins trois (02) ans dans un cabinet de conseil, un cabinet d’avocats.

• Maîtrise parfaite du droit OHADA ;

• Bonne maîtrise de la fiscalité ;

• Forte aptitude à la rédaction et à l’analyse de contrats ;

• Bonne connaissance du droit des sociétés ;

• Faire preuve de rigueur, d’organisation et d’autonomie ;

• Maîtrise des procédures administratives et des formalités juridiques ;

• Excellente capacité de recherche, d’analyse et de rédaction juridique ;

• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ;

• Bonne capacité de communication écrite et orale en français.
