** Malaria Consortium recrute un(e) Assistant(e) Financier(ère) temporaire pour rejoindre son équipe à Ouagadougou. Sous l’autorité du/de la Responsable Financier(ère), vous serez chargé(e) des paiements des fournisseurs et acteurs du SMC (Seasonal Malaria Chemoprevention) par virements bancaires et/ou transferts d’argent mobile.

- Vérifier la cohérence entre les listes de référence, de présence et de paiement fournies par l’équipe programme
- Initier les paiements sur la plateforme de paiement (mobile et/ou bancaire)
- Générer et rapprocher les rapports de paiement avec les listes approuvées, et les partager avec les destinataires requis
- Assurer le rapprochement mensuel des comptes de paiement mobile et/ou bancaire
- Traiter les réclamations reçues de l’équipe programme
- Produire le rapport de paiement et les commentaires nécessaires
- Préparer les notes de frais
- Assurer une communication bidirectionnelle avec les collaborateurs internes et externes
- Appuyer le/la Responsable Financier(ère) dans le suivi du plan de financement des partenaires
- Suivre et rassembler la documentation sur les virements bancaires pour les acteurs ou fournisseurs
- Assurer la réception, la vérification des reçus et la production des notes de frais des partenaires
- Assurer le classement mensuel des documents comptables**

- Diplôme : Au moins une licence ou Bac+2 en finance et comptabilité, ou en économie et gestion
- Expérience : Au moins trois ans dans un service financier d’une ONG ou de toute entreprise
- Expérience de travail/partenariat avec des organismes gouvernementaux
- Connaissance des bailleurs de fonds et de leurs exigences en matière de rapports financiers
- Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais et du français (écrit et parlé)
- Adhésion à la mission et aux valeurs de Malaria Consortium
- Expérience de travail dans des équipes multidisciplinaires et multiculturellesConditions : Ce poste est conditionné à l’obtention d’un financement par Malaria Consortium.
