Tectra Ci recrute un Spécialiste Training et QA (H/F) basé à Abidjan.

** Vous serez le propriétaire unique des routines QA pour les équipes Customer Service (CS) et CS Sales. Vous concevrez la formation, auditez la performance et nourrissez le curriculum en continu.

Formation : Animez les cohortes d'onboarding (CS Multi-skill et CS Sales). Concevez et faites passer les évaluations hiring bar (entretiens, jeux de rôle, tests de frappe).
Qualité : Pilotez toutes les routines QA et calibrations : audits quotidiens, calibrations hebdomadaires, revues d'écoute bimensuelles. Maintenez les scorecards (Voix, Digital, Ventes) et mettez à jour le curriculum. Nourrissez les insights audit dans la prochaine itération formation (boucle continue). Soumettez le rapport hebdomadaire combiné QA + Training.
