channels, while driving transformation within the Key Distributor (KD) space to enable the business to capitalize on identified growth opportunities. Key Accountabilities Route to Market Conduct analysis to identify Route-to-Market (RTM) opportunities across all channels. Determine the resources needed by both the Key Distributors and the business to effectively capitalize on identified opportunities. Drive year-on-year growth in outlet coverage through continuous assessment and updating of outlet opportunities. KD Transformation Provide support to Key Distributors through targeted programs designed to reduce their operational costs. Engage with Key Distributor (KD) teams to identify operational gaps and lead the execution of necessary changes to address them. Implement and embed KG Gold Standards to enhance operational efficiency and establish a foundation for sustained growth across all KD operations nationwide

Key Requirements – Qualifications, Experience, Skills Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

Expérience

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a market research agency and/or working in an FMCG organization

Strong analytical and financial skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and cultures Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset and strong commercial acumen Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence across functions Proven team player with the ability to work across geographies in dynamic environment
