The candidate ensures efficient production processes, optimal use of resources, adherence to quality standards, safety compliance, and timely delivery of finished products. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise in polymer processing and proven leadership experience in a similar manufacturing environment. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Production Planning & Control Process & Technical Management Quality Assurance Health, Safety & Compliance People Management & Leadership Maintenance & Equipment Oversight Reporting & Documentation SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in a polymer or plastics manufacturing firm . Strong understanding of polymer materials, processing techniques, and production workflows. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HSE standards and industrial best practices. Computer literacy. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Polymer Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in a polymer/plastics manufacturing environment. Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is mandatory. Professional certifications in production management or safety will be an added advantage. AGE: Not more than 45 years last birthday SALARY/BENEFITS Monthly salary and fringe benefits are attractive, and negotiable based on experience.
