The role focuses on market research, brand communication, product positioning, and collaboration with sales and production teams to achieve business objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Brand Strategy & Positioning Market Research & Consumer Insight Marketing & Communication Product & Portfolio Management Budget & Performance Management Stakeholder Collaboration QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) is an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in brand management or marketing. Experience in manufacturing, polymer, or industrial sectors is highly desirable. Proven experience managing brands in competitive markets. SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities. Deep understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and market dynamics. Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and marketing analytics tools. Strong project management and leadership skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. Must not be more than 45 years of age at the time of application.
