VillageReach recrute un(e) Compliance Specialist pour son bureau de Kinshasa. Le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) sera responsable de veiller à la conformité réglementaire et aux normes internes de l'organisation.

  • Assurer le suivi des obligations légales et réglementaires applicables aux activités de VillageReach en RDC.
  • Élaborer et mettre à jour les politiques et procédures de conformité.
  • Former et sensibiliser le personnel aux exigences de conformité.
  • Réaliser des audits internes et des évaluations des risques.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes locales et internationales pour garantir l'alignement des pratiques.**

  • Expérience avérée dans le domaine de la conformité, de l'audit ou du juridique.
  • Connaissance du cadre réglementaire en RDC.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en rédaction.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
