IZICHANGE recrute un(e) UI/UX Designer pour son bureau d'Abomey-Calavi. Dans un contexte de forte croissance et d'innovation, nous recherchons un profil orienté produit, capable de concevoir des expériences utilisateurs fluides, performantes et adaptées aux réalités du marché.
Objectif clé du poste : Transformer les besoins business et utilisateurs en solutions digitales intuitives, tout en contribuant activement à la structuration et à l'évolution des produits IZICHANGE.
Vos responsabilités :
Concevoir des interfaces modernes, intuitives et performantes ; réaliser des wireframes, maquettes et prototypes ; définir et prioriser la roadmap produit ; rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles (user stories) ; analyser les besoins utilisateurs et proposer des améliorations ; suivre les KPIs produit et optimiser l'expérience utilisateur ; collaborer avec les équipes tech (frontend, backend) ; assurer la cohérence du design system.
