Formation / Diplômes

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, Business Administration, Management, Leadership, or a related field Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Management, Administration, or related discipline is an advantage Professional certifications in Project Management, Operations, HR, Leadership, or Administration will be an added advantage

Expérience

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in school administration, operations management, educational leadership, or institutional coordination Experience coordinating multiple departments and institutional systems Experience working with parents, staff, management teams, and external stakeholders

Experience in admissions coordination, onboarding, logistics, and operational management Experience in report writing and institutional communication
