The Planning Manager is responsible for leading the organization’s planning function, including strategic planning, operational planning, and resource forecasting. This role ensures that business activities are aligned with organizational goals through effective planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring. The Planning Manager plays a critical role in improving efficiency, optimizing resources, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
