SENIOR MONITORING EVALUATING & LEARNING OFFICER (MEL)

The Senior Monitoring, Evaluating & Learning Officer (MEL) at Mercy Corps will be responsible for enhancing project monitoring, evaluation, and learning procedures. This role involves conducting field visits, managing M&E tools, and ensuring data accuracy for project reporting. The officer will also design surveys, provide technical assistance, and build capacity among staff and partners. The position requires frequent travel to project sites and a strong understanding of the local context in Northeast Nigeria.
