The Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer at Mercy Corps will be responsible for enhancing project monitoring, evaluation, and learning procedures. This role involves conducting field visits, managing M&E tools, and ensuring data accuracy for project reporting. The officer will also provide technical assistance and capacity building to staff and partners, design surveys, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization. The position requires frequent travel to project locations and a strong commitment to effective communication and collaboration. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field At least 3 years of M&E experience Proven ability to design data collection tools Strong analytical and communication skills Experience with statistical software Willingness to travel frequently Knowledge of participatory planning and evaluation
