• Expérience en élaboration de DAO, DRPO, demandes de cotation et autres documents de passation ;
• Expérience en contrôle de conformité, audit de passation de marchés et conseil aux maîtres d’ouvrage ;
• Capacité à animer des formations et ateliers de renforcement des capacités ;
• Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et analytiques ;
• Maîtrise des outils numériques et des plateformes de dématérialisation des marchés publics (SIGMARP ou équivalent).
