Ce que ce poste implique Au sein du bureau de Lubumbashi, tu seras le pivot des opérations administratives pour l’équipe UNICEF en RDC. Concrètement, tu gères les budgets de fonctionnement, les achats de fournitures, la logistique des missions terrain et la conformité des documents RH. Ton quotidien combine rigueur administrative et réactivité pour soutenir les programmes en faveur des enfants, souvent dans des zones reculées.

Compétences clés à mettre en avant Maîtrise des procédures financières (SAP, comptabilité ONU), capacité à planifier des déplacements complexes en RDC (sécurité, transport, hébergement), et aisance avec les outils de reporting (Excel, Power BI). Une expérience antérieure en appui administratif pour une agence onusienne ou ONG internationale est un vrai plus. Montre aussi ta connaissance des règles de passation de marchés publics.
