The Laboratory Technologist will provide technical support to laboratory services for Migration Health Assessments and other programs in Yaounde and Douala, Cameroon. Under the supervision of the Senior Laboratory Technologist, the incumbent will perform laboratory procedures, ensure quality management systems, and adhere to biosafety measures. Responsibilities include managing laboratory operations, maintaining equipment, and facilitating record keeping. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills, along with compliance with IOM instructions and mandatory training. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences or related field Valid license to practice, if applicable Three years of relevant clinical laboratory experience for Bachelor's holders Five years of relevant clinical laboratory experience for Diploma holders Knowledge of clinical laboratory techniques and quality management systems Understanding of laboratory biosafety principles Computer literate with data collection and analysis skills Fluency in English and French
