The Senior Laboratory Technologist will provide technical support to laboratory services for Migration Health Assessments in Cameroon. The role involves organizing laboratory services, implementing quality management systems, and ensuring compliance with international standards. The incumbent will oversee daily activities, manage laboratory staff, and maintain high-quality service delivery. Additionally, the technologist will liaise with national and international laboratories and participate in planning and budgeting for laboratory services. Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or related field Master’s degree preferred Valid license to practice if applicable Four years of relevant clinical laboratory experience Proven management and supervisory skills Experience in clinical laboratory techniques Ability to implement quality management systems Knowledge of laboratory biosafety principles Effective managerial and leadership skills Computer literate with data analysis skills
