Expérience

• 2 years’ experience in shipping environment preferably ships agency operations experience in a Junior function essential Maritime/Logistic NQF 4/5 overtime /after hours worked required to manage vessel when at terminal including pubic holidays etc Attention to detail, strict adherence to rules and regulations

Strong Interpersonal skills and handling difficult situations Stress Tolerance in an ever-changing environment Computer skills and communication skills Planning and organising skills Professional Candidate to deal with third parties at all levels Able to get to the office before 08h00 everyday (punctual, self-disciplined) Must have own reliable transport Ability to work under pressure under minimum supervision Be prepared to visit terminal at all hours when required to do so

Preparing Inbound / outbound documentation Planning of vessels discharge and loading operations Berthing/Sailing of vessels Sending of relevant reports and files to Principal and third parties Free.
