Job Summary
We are looking for a highly execution-focused Marketing Specialist to support and drive marketing initiatives across Cameroon. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands both on-ground activations and digital marketing, and can ensure campaigns move seamlessly from planning to execution.
You will play a key role in connecting field marketing efforts with digital amplification while ensuring speed, consistency, and strong market visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
Execute marketing campaigns across BTL and digital channels Support the rollout of 360° marketing campaigns locally Ensure campaign timelines, materials, logistics, and deliverables are effectively managed Monitor execution progress and proactively flag delays or issues
BTL & Field Marketing
Coordinate activations, events, dealer activities, and on-ground marketing initiatives Ensure strong and consistent brand visibility across key touchpoints Manage branding materials, setups, and field execution quality Capture customer and rider insights to support continuous improvement
Digital Marketing Support
Support social media management, content scheduling, and posting Assist with paid campaign execution and optimization Align digital content with ongoing marketing campaigns Track and report key metrics including reach, engagement, leads, and conversions
Content & Vendor Coordination
Support content development for campaigns and social platforms Coordinate with designers, agencies, printers, and production vendors Ensure all outputs meet brand and quality standards Adapt or localize content for market relevance where necessary
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with the Head of Sales to align marketing activities with business goals Support dealer and partner marketing initiatives Ensure marketing efforts contribute to lead generation and conversion
Reporting & Insights
Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports Share market and consumer insights to improve future campaigns Maintain records of marketing activities, budgets, and outputs
Qualifications & Experience
5–7 years of experience in marketing or a related field Strong experience in BTL marketing, activations, and field execution Good understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign support Proven ability to manage campaigns from planning to execution Familiarity with the Cameroon market is essential Strong coordination, communication, and execution skills
