Increase supply base of the company using modern marketing strategies. Budget planning, analysis, and bringing in data-driven learnings. Ensure the company's products has competitive advantage in its ecosystem. Develop pricing strategies and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives. Effectively represent the company’s brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors and industry trends in Ghana and West Africa. Any other duties as required. Qualification Minimum of a master's degree in marketing. At least, 10 years working experience in marketing in a senior management position Should be able to set goals and achieve them Good interpersonal relationships Have persuasion and negotiating skills. Requirement Ability to drive with a valid driver's license is an added advantage Ability to speak French is an added advantage.
