Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, food industry partners, and retail customers. Drive consistent sales performance across agricultural and retail markets. Conduct field visits, canvassing, and cold calling to acquire new clients. Negotiate pricing, supply agreements, and manage key accounts. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Coordinate marketing campaigns, including social media marketing initiatives. Prepare periodic sales and performance reports. Collaborate closely with operations to ensure supply meets market demand. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in agricultural, food industry, or retail sales of physical products. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Valid driver’s license (mandatory). A company vehicle will be provided and the successful candidate will be required to drive as part of field sales duties. Must reside in Accra/Tema . Proficiency in social media marketing, sales and marketing tools, and basic computer applications. Comfortable with field sales activities including canvassing, cold calling, and recruiting and supervising sales associates. Results-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
