World Vision recrute un Gestionnaire de stratégie, qualité des programmes et impact pour son bureau de N’Djamena, au Tchad.
Ce poste est à pourvoir au sein d'une organisation internationale reconnue pour son action humanitaire et de développement. Le gestionnaire sera chargé de piloter la stratégie des programmes, d'assurer la qualité des interventions et de mesurer leur impact.
Les
incluent la coordination des processus de planification stratégique, le suivi des indicateurs de performance, l'évaluation des programmes et le renforcement des capacités des équipes en matière de gestion axée sur les résultats.
Le candidat idéal justifie d'une expérience significative dans la gestion de programmes de développement, d'une maîtrise des outils de suivi et évaluation, et d'une capacité à travailler en contexte multiculturel.
