JOB SUMMARY Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.Excellent recruitment and talent management skills.Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong organisational and administrative skills.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.Coordinate job postings, interviews, and candidate assessments.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Serve as the primary point of
