Poste de leadership stratégique : Plan International recrute un(e) Education Manager pour piloter ses opérations à Middle East, Eastern and Southern Africa, Côte d'Ivoire.

- Pilotage Stratégique : Définir les objectifs et la feuille de route de l'entité sous votre responsabilité.
- Management d'Équipe : Diriger, motiver et développer les compétences de vos équipes.
- Performance Opérationnelle : Suivre les KPI et mettre en place des plans d'amélioration continue.
- Relations Institutionnelles : Représenter l'organisation auprès des parties prenantes clés.
- Reporting : Rendre compte à la direction générale et aux actionnaires/bailleurs.
