Poste de leadership stratégique : Plan International recrute un(e) Education Manager pour piloter ses opérations à Middle East, Eastern and Southern Africa, Côte d'Ivoire.

** Missions**

principales

  • Pilotage StratĂ©gique : DĂ©finir les objectifs et la feuille de route de l'entitĂ© sous votre responsabilitĂ©.
  • Management d'Équipe : Diriger, motiver et dĂ©velopper les compĂ©tences de vos Ă©quipes.
  • Performance OpĂ©rationnelle : Suivre les KPI et mettre en place des plans d'amĂ©lioration continue.
  • Relations Institutionnelles : ReprĂ©senter l'organisation auprès des parties prenantes clĂ©s.
  • Reporting : Rendre compte Ă  la direction gĂ©nĂ©rale et aux actionnaires/bailleurs.
