Sous la responsabilité directe de la direction, vous serez impliquée dans des missions à forte valeur ajoutée :
- qualification et suivi des prospects (clients, investisseurs, apporteurs d’affaires)
- Suivi administratif et opérationnel des biens (terrains, parcelles, projets en cours)
- Assistance dans la commercialisation de terrains et projets immobiliers
- Organisation et coordination des visites de sites
- Participation au suivi des opérations (lotissements, aménagements, constructions)
- Rédaction et publication d’annonces immobilières à fort impact
- Gestion et mise à jour des bases de données clients et biens
- Appui à la prospection foncière et à la recherche d’opportunités
