Dans le cadre du Programme de Gouvernance Environnementale, le PNUD recrute un(e) Consultant(e) National(e) Senior pour la mise en place d’un système de vigilance communautaire sur le contrôle de la qualité de l’eau dans les zones d’exploitation minière.
Missions
Le/la consultant(e) sera chargé(e) de concevoir et de mettre en œuvre un dispositif participatif permettant aux communautés locales de surveiller la qualité de l’eau dans les zones minières, en lien avec les parties prenantes concernées.

Le/la candidat(e) doit être de nationalité congolaise et justifier d’une expérience significative dans les domaines de la gestion de la qualité de l’eau, des systèmes de surveillance communautaire, de la gouvernance environnementale ou de la gestion de projets. Une expérience en consulting individuel est requise.
