MISSIONS

En tant que Référent(e) Ressources Humaines, vous serez le relais opérationnel de la Direction RH sur site. Véritable partenaire des équipes locales, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le déploiement des politiques RH, la gestion du personnel et le suivi administratif. Vos responsabilités incluent :

• Accompagner et conseiller les managers sur les problématiques RH courantes.
• Superviser les activités liées au pointage, aux absences et aux congés.
• Gérer les demandes RH des salariés : contrats, salaires, attestations, congés spécifiques, etc.
• Participer aux recrutements (permanents et journaliers) et au processus d’intégration.
• Assurer les relations avec les organismes extérieurs : Inspection du Travail, IPM, etc.
• Être garant de la bonne gestion des moyens généraux (transport du personnel, caisse, etc.).
• Produire des reportings RH réguliers et fiables.
• Veiller au respect de la législation sociale sur site.

PROFIL

• Formation : Bac +3 en Ressources Humaines ou équivalent.
• Expérience : Minimum 5 ans dans une fonction similaire, de préférence en environnement industriel ou minier.
• Compétences :
• Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office.
• Solide connaissance en législation sociale.
• Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et relationnelles.
• Sens de l’organisation, rigueur, confidentialité, esprit d’analyse.
• Proactivité et force de proposition.
