Expérience

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in commercial or SME underwriting. Strong understanding of credit risk principles. Proven ability to analyse financial statements and cash flow. BCom degree or relevant qualification (CFA / CA(SA) candidates advantageous). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Willingness and ability to work USA hours consistently (16:00–01:00 SA time).
