Ce que ce poste implique
En tant que consultant international pour le PNUD Togo, vous serez mobilisé pour appuyer des projets de développement stratégiques, probablement en lien avec les Objectifs de Développement Durable. Vos journées alterneront entre analyses de politiques, rédaction de rapports techniques et coordination avec les parties prenantes locales (ministères, ONG, agences onusiennes). Attendez-vous à des déplacements fréquents sur le terrain, notamment en zones rurales, pour évaluer l’impact des interventions.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
- Expertise avérée en gestion de cycle de projet (logique de cadre, suivi-évaluation).
- Maîtrise des outils de planification onusienne (UNDAF, HACT).
- Expérience en renforcement de capacités institutionnelles dans un pays francophone d’Afrique de l’Ouest.
- Capacité à produire des livrables en français et anglais (rapports, présentations).
