CREDIT OFFICER

A reputable Microcredit Company is seeking dedicated and results-driven Credit Officers to join its growing team.

We are looking for professionals with strong customer relationship skills and experience within the financial sector.

Localisation

Preferred Locations: Labadi, Osu, Teshie, and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard potential clients for credit facilities
• Assess loan applications and support credit evaluation processes
• Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct field visits and market outreach activities
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer records
• Support business growth and portfolio quality management

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field

Expérience

• Previous experience in the financial sector is required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
