• Conclure les ventes et assurer le suivi des contrats. 3. Suivi et fidélisation clients :
• Assurer le suivi des clients et maintenir une relation de confiance ;
• Gérer les réclamations clients en coordination avec les services concernés ;
• Identifier les opportunités de ventes additionnelles. 4. Reporting et suivi des performances :
• Mettre à jour les outils de suivi (CRM, tableaux de bord) ;
• Suivre les objectifs commerciaux ;
• Rendre compte de son activité à la hiérarchie.

• Techniques de vente et de négociation ;

• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word) ;

• Connaissance d’un CRM (atout) ;
