L’objectif de cet appel est de recruter un prestataire de services ainsi qu’un Consultant à temps plein pour occuper le poste de Coordonnateur de Projet- Pays, chargé de la coordination et de la gestion intégrale du “Youth Agrifood Innovation Challenge 2026” au Sénégal. Dans ce cadre, GAIN recherche des solutions visant à: améliorer l’accès et la demande en fruits et légumes, accroître l’emploi durable des jeunes dans les chaînes de valeur des fruits et légumes au Sénégal et en Afrique de l’Ouest. S’appuyant sur le modèle existant de Innovation Challenge, le programme intégrera une approche inclusive et sensible au genre à toutes les étapes, afin de garantir une participation équitable, un leadership inclusif et des bénéfices partagés tout au long de la chaîne de valeur alimentaire. Cette initiative permettra également de: mettre en évidence les liens entre alimentation saine et performance sportive, organiser une finale lors des Jeux Olympiques de la Jeunesse de 2026 à Dakar (Sénégal), positionner les fruits et légumes nutritifs comme essentiels à la santé et à la résilience des jeunes. Elle offre aussi une opportunité de: promouvoir l’entrepreneuriat des jeunes dans le secteur agroalimentaire, démontrer le potentiel de création d’emplois dans les chaînes de valeur des fruits et légumes (production, transformation, distribution, commercialisation), valoriser les innovations portées par les jeunes à travers le Sénégal et l’Afrique de l’Ouest.
