Contexte : CRS recrute un(e) Project Officer Senior - Protection pour contribuer à la mise en œuvre de ses programmes de protection dans la région de Goma. Le/la titulaire du poste sera responsable de la planification, de la coordination et du suivi des activités de protection, en veillant à leur conformité avec les standards humanitaires et les procédures de l'organisation.

  • Superviser la mise en œuvre des activités de protection sur le terrain, en assurant la qualité et la redevabilité.
  • Coordonner avec les partenaires locaux, les autorités et les autres acteurs humanitaires pour renforcer la réponse en protection.
  • Assurer le suivi et l'évaluation des projets, en produisant des rapports réguliers.
  • Contribuer au développement de stratégies de protection et à l'identification des besoins prioritaires.
  • Former et encadrer le personnel et les partenaires sur les thématiques de protection.**

  • Diplôme universitaire supérieur (Master ou équivalent) en sciences sociales, droit, relations internationales ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de la protection, idéalement dans un contexte humanitaire.
  • Excellente connaissance des principes de protection, du droit international humanitaire et des standards Sphere.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et dans un environnement complexe.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit).
