The Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) Officer will provide technical advice and support to improve the quality and accountability of cash interventions across multiple National Societies in Central Africa. This role involves coordinating cash preparedness efforts, ensuring effective implementation of CVA activities, and enhancing the capacity of National Societies to deliver timely and accountable cash assistance. The officer will work closely with various stakeholders, including the Regional CVA Coordinator and other partners, to facilitate effective cash response strategies. The position is crucial for ensuring that humanitarian responses are informed and effective, particularly in crisis situations. University degree in Humanitarian Assistance or relevant area 5 years of experience in humanitarian assistance 3 years in cash and voucher responses Experience in market assessments and cash feasibility Proven capacity strengthening experience Understanding of data protection in humanitarian action Experience in financial service provider procurement Fluency in English and French
