The Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) Officer at the IFRC will provide technical advice and support to improve the quality and accountability of cash interventions across multiple National Societies in the Central Africa Region. This role involves coordinating cash preparedness efforts, ensuring effective implementation of cash and voucher assistance, and enhancing the capacities of National Societies. The officer will also facilitate collaboration among partners and support decision-making processes related to cash interventions. The position is based in Yaoundé, Cameroon, and requires close coordination with various stakeholders. University degree in Humanitarian Assistance or relevant area 5 years of experience in humanitarian assistance 3 years of experience in cash and voucher responses Experience in market assessments and cash feasibility Proven capacity strengthening experience Understanding of data protection in humanitarian action Experience in financial service provider procurement Fluent in English and French
