Ce que ce poste implique En tant que Head of Office pour OCHA à Kinshasa, vous serez le chef de la coordination humanitaire en RDC, supervisant la réponse aux crises complexes (conflits, déplacements, épidémies). - Compétences en négociation avec acteurs étatiques et non étatiques, et en plaidoyer humanitaire.
- Capacité à gérer des budgets multi-millions et des équipes pluridisciplinaires (logistique, protection, accès).
