Maison Illad recrute un Informaticien Support et Maintenance
Rattaché(e) à la Direction, vous serez le garant du bon fonctionnement de notre environnement numérique. Basé à Abidjan et intervenant sur toute la Côte d'Ivoire, vous assurerez les missions suivantes :

Installation & Configuration : Mise en service du matériel (postes de travail, imprimantes, onduleurs) et des logiciels.
Maintenance : Assurer l'entretien préventif et curatif du parc informatique et des équipements réseaux.
Support Utilisateurs : Assistance quotidienne aux collaborateurs et résolution rapide des incidents.
Gestion Réseau : Surveillance de la connectivité internet (fibre, backup) et configuration des accès Wi-Fi/LAN.
Sécurité & Sauvegarde : Veiller à la protection des données et à la mise à jour des systèmes de sécurité.
Inventaire : Suivi rigoureux du stock de matériel et des consommables.

Formation : Bac+2 minimum (BTS, Licence) en Informatique ou Systèmes & Réseaux.
Expérience : Minimum 2 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire.
Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de Windows 10/11 et Microsoft 365 ; solides bases en réseaux (TCP/IP, Switchs, Routeurs) ; capacité de diagnostic hardware avancée.
Qualités personnelles : Grande réactivité et sens de l'urgence ; autonomie et rigueur dans l'organisation ; discrétion et respect de la confidentialité.
