What You'll Be Responsible For: Managing and overseeing all 1st and 2nd line support queries Acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues Leading and mentoring a small technical support team Ensuring efficient resolution of client support requests Performing system configuration, implementation, and deployment Supporting new client onboarding and ongoing system use Assisting in the development of training materials Working closely with development teams to enhance system performance Travelling to client sites when required Highly Advantageous:

Experience in the healthcare industry Experience with practice management or clinical software systems Experience deploying medical or clinical applications SaaS platform experience Medical, allied health, or nursing background What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable): Fluent English (written and spoken) Proven experience in 1st and 2nd line technical support

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with system configuration and deployment Ability to lead and mentor a small team Confident and professional in client-facing environments Willingness to travel to client sites Reference Number for this position is GZ61116 which is a contract position based in Pretoria offering a cost to company salary of R840k per hour negotiable on experience and ability.
