Sous la supervision de la direction, le/la Community Manager aura pour mission de développer la visibilité et l’image de l’entreprise sur les plateformes digitales. Responsabilités principales :

• Gérer et animer les réseaux sociaux de l’entreprise (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)

• Créer des contenus attractifs : visuels, vidéos, stories, réels et publications

• Mettre en avant les biens immobiliers, services et offres de l’entreprise

• Participer à la stratégie de communication digitale

• Programmer et publier les contenus selon un calendrier éditorial

• Interagir avec la communauté (messages, commentaires, demandes d’informations)

• Couvrir les activités terrain : visites, remises de clés, événements immobiliers, etc.

• Assurer une veille des tendances digitales et du marché immobilier

• Produire des rapports simples sur les performances des publications

• Bonne maîtrise des réseaux sociaux

• Compétences en création de contenu digital

• Maîtrise d’outils comme Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite ou équivalent

• Bon niveau rédactionnel en français

• Sens de la créativité et de l’esthétique
