KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle all reservation inquiries via telephone, email, and online channels promptly and professionally.

Formation / Diplômes

Assist guests with booking accommodations, special requests, and information about hotel services. Input and update reservations accurately in the system, ensuring all details are correct and up to date. Coordinate with Site Managers, Regional Managers and reception staff at the various SleepOver properties to ensure guest preferences and requests are communicated effectively.

Expérience

Provide personalized service to guests, offering recommendations and creating memorable experiences Process payments and maintain guest billing records with accuracy and confidentiality. Monitor room availability and rates to maximize revenue and occupancy. Assist with group reservations, special events, and coordination of room blocks as needed. Follow up on abandoned calls Follow up on provisional bookings Follow up on outstanding quotations & Invoices Action no shows Respond to
