Senior Finance Manager

The Senior Finance Manager at CHAI Ghana will provide strategic leadership and oversight of all financial functions, ensuring compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency. This role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting while leading a finance team aligned with CHAI's mission. The position requires collaboration with country leadership and external stakeholders to enhance financial processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance management within international NGOs and a strong commitment to CHAI's values. Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MPA) or Bachelor's with professional accounting qualification Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA or CPA) required Minimum 10 years' experience in finance roles, ideally in international NGOs Expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and donor reporting Strong experience with audits and financial compliance Proven track record in team supervision and capacity building Excellent communication skills in English High proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel Experience with QuickBooks and ERP systems Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
