The role involves ensuring that knowledge is accurate, accessible, and integrated into existing systems. Candidates should have experience in knowledge management and content development, along with strong communication skills. This temporary appointment lasts until December 31, 2026. Candidate Requirements: Completion of Secondary education 7 years of experience in Knowledge Management or related fields Bachelor's degree may replace 3 years of experience Master's degree may replace 2 additional years of experience Experience in Communications, Media, Learning & Development is desirable Proficiency in MS Office applications Excellent oral and written communication skills Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is a plus EU nationality or valid Hungarian work permit The GSSC is looking for a dynamic individual with experience in knowledge management and content development to ensure that knowledge assets supporting key operational services (Recruitment Administrative Services (RAS), Individual Consultancy Services (ICS), Travel Hub, Remote Support) are accurate, accessible, and integrated into existing knowledge systems. Experience: A minimum of seven years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Development, Human Centered Design, Information Management, or Digital Communications and Knowledge Platforms is required. A bachelor's degree in related fields may replace three years of related work experience.  A master’s degree may replace an additional two years of work experience. Experience in Communications, Media, Learning & Development is highly desirable. Solid computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email/internet, and familiarity with knowledge management platforms and content management systems required. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including drafting and editing of technical content is desirable. Language Requirements: Fluency in English (verbal and spoken) is required.
