UNICEF's Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) in Budapest is seeking a Sr. Knowledge Management Associate to manage knowledge assets for key operational services. The role involves ensuring that knowledge is accurate, accessible, and integrated into existing systems. Candidate Requirements:

Completion of Secondary education

7 years of experience in Knowledge Management or related fields

Bachelor's degree may replace 3 years of experience

Master's degree may replace 2 additional years of experience

Experience in Communications, Media, Learning & Development is desirable

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is a plus

Minimum requirements:

Education: Completion of Secondary education (high school degree) is required supplemented with professional/university level courses in Communication, Knowledge Management is considered as an asset.

Experience: A minimum of seven years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Development, Human Centered Design, Information Management, or Digital Communications and Knowledge Platforms is required. A bachelor's degree in related fields may replace three years of related work experience.  A master’s degree may replace an additional two years of work experience. 

Experience in Communications, Media, Learning & Development is highly desirable.

Solid computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email/internet, and familiarity with knowledge management platforms and content management systems required.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including drafting and editing of technical content is desirable. 

Language Requirements: Fluency in English (verbal and spoken) is required. Knowledge of an additional official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish)
