Nous recrutons pour notre client, une Fintech, un CTO / DSI (Directeur des Systèmes d’Information). Vous aurez pour
de définir et piloter la stratégie technologique globale de l’entreprise, en garantissant l’alignement entre la vision business et l’architecture technique. Vous représenterez également la DSI auprès des investisseurs, partenaires étatiques et régulateurs.
Responsabilités
Définir la roadmap technologique à 3-5 ans alignée sur la stratégie business. Piloter le budget IT global et arbitrer les investissements technologiques. Superviser l’ensemble des équipes IT. Garantir la conformité réglementaire (PCI-DSS, UEMOA, CEMAC, RDC). Représenter l’entreprise lors des audits de Due Diligence et des comités techniques étatiques. Piloter les relations avec les fournisseurs stratégiques (cloud, telecom, PSP). Assurer la veille technologique et l’innovation (blockchain, IA, open banking).

Formation : Ingénieur informatique / MBA Tech. Expérience : 15+ ans d’expérience dont 5+ ans en direction IT/CTO.
Compétences techniques : Architecture distribuée et microservices ; Systèmes de transactions financières (ISO 20022, PCI-DSS) ; Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) ; Cybersécurité et GRC ; Réglementation fintech UEMOA/CEMAC/RDC.
Compétences comportementales : Leadership stratégique et vision ; Communication C-Level et investisseurs ; Gestion budgétaire ; Négociation partenaires et régulateurs ; Capacité à recruter et retenir les talents.
