Expérience

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. The Chef will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation in our kitchen, as well as managing and training kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Responsibilities :

• Plan and direct food preparation in the kitchen
• Create and develop new recipes and menus

• Ensure food quality and presentation meets company standards
• Manage kitchen staff and ensure they are properly trained
• Order and maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with management to develop budget and control food costs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or catering establishment
• Degree or certification in culinary arts
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail and creativity
